Dr. Wendy Hulsing
Dr. Wendy Hulsing was born and raised in Dickinson, ND. She completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX in 1996. She received her medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2001. She completed her pediatric training at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, OH in 2004.
She worked in pediatric emergency medicine for 2 years in Cleveland before moving to Ann Arbor, Michigan where she joined a private pediatrics practice from 2006-2011.
She thoroughly enjoyed her experience in private pediatrics, and when a job opportunity for her husband brought the family to Kansas City, she felt fortunate to join Pediatric Associates in the fall of 2011. At home, she enjoys a chaotic and adventurous life with her husband Sanjaya, and three wonderful children - Sophia, Soren and Mira. She enjoys exercising, especially running, and watching football.
Dr. Hulsing is a board certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She loves getting to know her patients and their families, and helping them navigate the changes and challenges of each child, from infancy through adolescence.
