Dr. PecoraroDr. Pecoraro

Dr. Pecoraro was born and grew up in Rochester, New York and graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School in 1959. He attended The University of Rochester, graduating in 1963. He then spent a year completing research in the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Rochester before moving to Missouri and attending The University of Missouri School of Medicine and graduating in 1968. Internship, pediatric residency, and fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology followed at The University of Kansas Medical Center. On completion of postdoctoral training in 1973, he joined as the third member of the early Pediatric Associates, with the initiators Dr. Blim and Dr. Smith, as a Board Certified pediatrician. His interests used to be running, now more walk/run, swimming, and cooking.
