Dr. Waters grew up in Kansas City, MO graduating from Visitation and Rockhurst High School. He graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia, and then finished medical school and pediatric residency at the University of Missouri Medical Center in 1976, serving as Chief Resident his final year there. He joined Pediatric Associates the same year and became Board Certified shortly thereafter. He is married to Marlys and has 3 children who have made it to young adulthood in a happy and productive state. He is a long time runner, likes to read, and greatly enjoys watching young families grow and learn.
