Dr. Williams

Dr. Debra Williams was born and raised near the Chicago, IL area. She graduated from the Dixon High School in Dixon, IL in 1975. She did her undergraduate studies at Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, IL. She then transferred to the University of Missouri-Columbia and received her B.A. degree in 1979. She entered the University of Missouri Medical School and received her medical degree in 1984. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia Medical Center in 1987.
After completing her pediatric residency, she completed two years of adolescent medicine training at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, OH. She accepted a position on staff at Akron Children's Hospital from 1989 to 1992. She married Dr. Paul Williams and moved to Lee's Summit, MO in 1992. She joined Pediatric Associates in 1994 as a Board Certified pediatrician and has been in the Lee's Summit office since its inception in 1996. She has three children, Chris, Sarah, and Lynn who attend the Lee's Summit schools.
