Well Child Care Immunization Schedule
Each infant is viewed as a unique individual with unique needs. This schedule is a general guideline for routine office visits during your child's first years of life. Your pediatrician will discuss with your family the needs of your specific children, including the recommended child immunization schedule.
The following list includes the recommended ages for routine well child care. Each age coordinates well with the immunization schedule for children, although not all these visits to the doctor include vaccines.
2 week check up
2 month check up
4 month check up

Annual physical beginning at 3 years of age
