Well Child Care Schedule
Each infant is viewed as a unique individual with unique needs. This schedule is a general guideline for routine office visits during your child's first years of life. Your pediatrician will discuss with your family the needs of your specific children.
Most visits during the first 2 years include vaccinations.
2 week check up
2 month check up
4 month check up
6 month check up
9 month check up
1 year check up
15 month check up
18 month check up
2 year check up
Annual physical beginning at 3 years of age
